The Golds Gym Tube Trainer is a free-standing tubular punch trainer for 360 degree boxing and martial arts workouts and is ideal for home use with no need for wall or ceiling mountings. The flexible dense foam tube is covered in heavy-duty PVC which gives and rebounds perfectly with each punch. Tough heavy-duty PU shell is durable and resilient and the ultra stable base can be filled with either water or sand for great stability.

Boxing is a great way of toning your body and letting off steam at the same time. It is suitable for all sports which require good upper body strength: rugby, cricket, rowing, etc. Focussing on upper body conditioning, working the arms, abs, chest and shoulders, it also includes some lower body exercises in the kick boxing area and increases your overall fitness levels.
