This half Block is designed to reduce the height of ones lift by less than 2 inches (5cm).

For use as cushioning in inversions, such as the shoulder stand (4 required), to support the head in forward bends and for lift in seated twists.

Available in non-toxic, scratch-resistant first grade EVA foam with 3mm chamfered edges.
