The Smooth Strider Programmable Magnetic Elliptical Trainer is a top of the range elliptical from Mighty.

An elliptical is great for overall body toning due to its upright cycling stance and suitable for users of all ages and abilities, Elliptical Trainers also improve lower body strength, a good stepper is the ideal choice for a complete body-toning low-impact workout.

Elliptical resistance action (forward and reverse motion) with synchronised linked handlebars, fixed safety handles and pulse sensors.

The resistance system has adjustable tension for varied resistance for a more intense workout if required.

The adjustable footplates are thick sturdy oversized non-slip PVC.

Transport wheels are included for easy transport and storage.

The included computer monitor with large LCD details: Body Fat, Hand Pulse, Time, Speed, Distance, Calories Burned, RPM and Recovery.

Up to 18 programmes including a manual setting. 12 pre-set programmes, 4 heart-rate controls (55%, 75%, 90% and target heart rate) plus a user setting.
