The Aerobic Training Cycle is a great choice for cardiovascular exercise. With simple and proven technology. An excellent workout for users of all ages and abilities.

Single resistance action (forward and reverse motion). The drive system is via a high torque chain with fixed wheel drive and belt.

The resistance system comprises of an 13kg balanced cast iron flywheel with full chrome rim, mechanical calliper friction pads with felt backing.

The frame is constructed from 80mm x 40mm Oblong and 38mm Square tubular steel. Steel handlebar uprights and round tubular steel handlebars.

Chip Resistant Red Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with frame end caps. Contoured, racing style padded saddle with angle adjustable fitting.

Smooth expanded foam padded grips cover the handlebars and the saddle is made from grey expanded PU.

The racing style saddle has a 12 position height adjustment (vertical) and 4 position reach adjustment (horizontal).

The included 5 function Large LCD exercise monitor details Calories (theoretical calorie burn), Distance (Miles), Scan, Speed (Mph), Time (Minutes/Seconds).
