The Motive Fitness Manual Magnetic Elliptical Trainer is great for overall body toning due to its upright cycling stance and suitable for users of all ages and abilities, Elliptical Trainers also improve lower body strength, a good stepper is the ideal choice for a complete body-toning low-impact workout.

Elliptical resistance action (forward and reverse motion) with synchronised linked handlebars, fixed safety handles and pulse sensors.

The resistance system comprises of a friction-free 8kg balanced cast iron flywheel with multi-plate solid state magnets.

The drive system is via a micro link chain with fixed wheel drive and polypropylene drive belt with concealed crank system.

The fixed contoured dual action handlebars with smooth foam padded grips are 32mm round tubular steel.

The footplates are thick sturdy oversized non-slip PVC.

The frame is constructed from 60mm x 30mm Oblong and 60mm/80mm Round Tubular steel.

Chip Resistant Aluminium Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with front and rear support caps and oversized twist-adjust rear frame end caps.

The included 12 function large LCD display exercise monitor details Calorie (Theoretical Calorie Burn), Distance (Miles), Pedal RPM, Pulse ? (Handpulse / *Telemetric Beats / Minute), Pulse Recovery, Real Time Clock, Speed (km/h), Temperature (Celsius) and Time (Minutes / Seconds) Modes. Features Bodyfat, BMI and BMR Measurement. *Chest Pulse Receiver and Belt Optional.
