The Tornado Air Rower is great for general aerobic conditioning and body toning. An excellent workout and simple to use for users of all ages and abilities.

Speed proportionate (air), with high resistance extra-stong return chord and additional monitor powered servo motor featuring stepless tension control with tension band resistance.

The resistence system comprises of a 50cm extruded PU fan-wheel with 12 vanes and sealed 20 roller freewheel bearing complete with integrated tension band drum assembly.

The rowing arm is a single 25mm bar with high density foam padded grips.
The seat is anatomically contoured, expanded PU on pressed mild steel with composite nylon covered bearing mounted upper and lower seat guide rollers.

Footplates are fixed angle, thick sturdy oversized steel plates with multi-position adjustable velcro style footstraps.

The frame is constructed from 80mm x 40mm and 60mm x 20mm Oblong tubular steel. 115mm x 125mm Unique Triangular Extruded Rowing Rail which folds for storage.

Chip Resistant Silver Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with frame end and support caps.
Transportation wheels on front frame and sit-flat frame support cap to aid in storage and movement.

The included large screen 10 function exercise monitor details Calories (theoretical calorie burn), Count (500m Distance), Distance (Km), Expected Time (500m Distances), ODO (Total Distance), Speed (Km/h), Pulse, RPM (Fan Revolutions per Minute), Stroke Rate (Strokes per Minute), Time (Minutes/Seconds).

8 Training programmes including 2 heart rate control with 8 resistance levels.
