The C7.5e Performance Cross Elliptical Trainer is great for overall body toning due to its upright cycling stance and suitable for users of all ages and abilities, Elliptical Trainers also improve lower body strength, a good stepper is the ideal choice for a complete body-toning low-impact workout.

The new DMT C7.5e Dynamic Motion Trainer combines the elliptic, non-weight bearing motion sequence that characterises the cross trainer and preserves the joints, with the intensive climbing movement of a stepper. You can choose from 8 different elliptic motion sequences which range from short, intensive stepper to long, flat Nordic Walking-style movements.

The modes can be conveniently selected using new control units integrated in the arm levers. The electronic braking system has a flywheel mass of 25kg. In conjunction with the sophisticated training computer including 5 training programmes which can be set individually, it meets all the demands required of challenging and varied full body training, from a light fitness workout to the highest endurance loads.

M-Force EMS Direct Drive System: This electromagnetic brake system is controlled by the computer and provides optimal precision data. The resistance levels are adjusted in 5 watt steps.

Belt transmission: The Poly-V special belt transmission assures nearly soundless exercises and optimal power transmission.

Stable frame structure: Special tubes/pipes ensure the highest level of stability and safety.

Ball bearing swivel joint: All swivel joints are double ball bearing and therefore provide best operating characteristics.

Multi-position performance handle bar: Continuous adjustment for different body positions during the exercise. In addition, the handle bar can infinitely be adjusted in down tilt.

Smart Pulse sensors: Ergonomic hand pulse sensors for optimal exercise control.

Wireless receiver: The integrated polar receiver allows you to train with a chest transmitter (optional) and to receive ECG precise heart rate data on the display.

Movable pedals: SUREFIT pedals adjust to your feed, therefore enabling you to find the optimal position for each individual user.

Fan: The integrated fan can be adjusted in 3 levels.

Floor level adjustment: Ensures the machine is level at all times.

Transport wheel: For easy transportation.

Backlight Training computer with user profile memory: Allows you to store individual exercise data of up to 9 user profiles. In addition, the computer displays clearly arranged exercise data such as level of resistance, speed, time, distance, calories and heart rate. The Backlight ensures optimum clarity of the display even in badly lit areas.

Motivating exercise programs: 9 individual target programs, 1 heart rate program, 5 programs that can individually be determined and saved support your training targets.
