The Challenger Programmable Ergometer Magnetic Elliptical Trainer is great for overall body toning due to its upright cycling stance and suitable for users of all ages and abilities, Elliptical Trainers also improve lower body strength, a good stepper is the ideal choice for a complete body-toning low-impact workout.

Dual action elliptical resistance action (forward and reverse motion) with synchronised linked handlebars, fixed safety handlebar loop and pulse sensors.

The resistance system comprises of a friction-free 9kg balanced cast iron flywheel with multi-plate solid state magnets. (Equivalent flywheel mass approx. 22kg).

The drive system is via a micro link chain with fixed wheel drive and polypropylene drive belt with fixed wheel drive and concealed crank system.

The antomically contoured dual action handlebars with smooth high density foam padded grips are 40mm round tubular steel.

The footplates are thick sturdy oversized non-slip PVC.

The frame is constructed from 95mm / 70mm Oval with 75mm diameter round tubular steel handlebars and uprights.

Chip Resistant Teflon effect Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with front and rear support caps and oversized sit flat rear frame end caps.

The included 8 function large blue-backlit LCD display exercise monitor details Calories (theoretical calorie burn), Distance (Kilometres), Hand Pulse (Beats per Minute), Pulse Recovery, RPM (Crank Revolutions per Minute), Speed (Kmh), Watts (Energy) and Time (Minutes/Seconds).

Includes 1 manual programme, 1 watts control programme, 1 heart rate control programme with 6 pre-set training programmes each with 3 user selected levels at 16 intensity increments.

Includes chest belt for wireless pulse function and water bottle with integrated holder.
