V-fit 073 Herculean Modular Compact Python Upright Cross Home Gym

The Herculean Cross Trainer gym is a functional single station multi gym and builds on the Improver gym by adding a knee raise/dip station and an aerobic stepper. The 45kg weight stack is heavy enough for most beginners and the cable setup provides 90kg of resistance on the bench press. In addition, there are another seven exercise stations, foam rollers and a padded vinyl covered seat and back rest.

Frame is constructed from a combination of 50mm Square Tubular Steel and 60mm x 30mm Oblong Tubular Steel.

Chip Resistant Black Hammertone Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with black rubber frame end caps. Cloth backed and deep padded vinyl covered seat, backrest and VKR support pads with screenprinted V-fit logo.

High density expanded foam grips and leg rollers are included.

The unique double-up cable operated resistance system has 10 x 4.5kg aggregate filled vinyl shells.

Exercises available on the Herculean Improver Gym are:
Bench Press, Chest Press, Lat Pulldown (front and back), Pec Dec, Leg Extension Back Leg Curls, Upright Rows, Crunches, Sit-ups, Knee Raise, Leg Lift and Aerobic Stepper.

The stepper resistence system has twin independent hydraulic cylinders rated at 42 PSI.
