The 07PMC Programmable Magnetic Exercise Cycle is a great choice for cardiovascular exercise. With simple and proven technology. An excellent workout for users of all ages and abilities.

Single, Dual or Triple cycle resistance action (forward and reverse motion). The drive system is via a high torque chain with freewheel drive and composite PU belt.

The resistance system comprises of a 6kg balanced cast iron flywheel with multi-plate magnets and an 8 step rotational tension controller.

The frame is constructed from 80mm x 40mm Oblong and 50mm/60mm diameter round tubular steel. 25mm Round tubular steel handlebars.

Chip Resistant Aluminium Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with frame end caps. Contoured, racing style padded saddle with spindle base plate fitting.

Smooth expanded foam padded grips cover the handlebars and the saddle is made from grey expanded PU with triangular base plate fitting.

The saddle has a 10 position height adjustment. Minimum height 70cm, maximum height 90cm.

The included 7 function Large LCD exercise monitor details Calories (theoretical calorie burn), Distance (Miles), Function Scan, Odometer, Speed (mph), Handgrip Pulse (Beas/Minute), and Time (Minutes/Seconds).
