The AET2 Air Elliptical Trainer is great for overall body toning due to its upright cycling stance and suitable for users of all ages and abilities, Elliptical Trainers also improve lower body strength, a good stepper is the ideal choice for a complete body-toning low-impact workout.

Dual elliptical resistance action (forward and reverse motion) with synchronised linked handlebars.

The drive system is via a micro link chain with fixed wheel drive and composite PU belt.

The removable contoured dual action handlebars with smooth foam padded grips are 30mm round tubular steel.

The footplates are thick sturdy oversized non-slip PVC.

The frame is constructed from 60mm x 30mm Oblong and 60mm Round Tubular steel.

Chip Resistant Silver Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with front and rear support caps and roller style transportation wheels.

The included 5 function exercise monitor details Calories (theoretical calorie burn), Distance (Km), Speed (Km/Hour), Scan, Timer (Minutes/Seconds).
