The FTE1 Compact Mini Cross / Elliptical Trainer is great for overall body toning due to its upright cycling stance and suitable for users of all ages and abilities, Elliptical Trainers also improve lower body strength, a good stepper is the ideal choice for a complete body-toning low-impact workout.

Single/Dual elliptical resistance action (forward and reverse motion) with synchronised linked handlebars and fixed safety handles.
Resistance adjustment is monitor powered with servo motor and stepless tension controller.

The resistance system comprises of a 3kg balanced cast iron flywheel.

The fixed contoured dual action handlebars with smooth foam padded grips are made from 30mm tubular steel.

The footplates are thick sturdy oversized fixed position non-slip PVC.

The frame is constructed from 60mm x 30mm Oblong and 50mm diameter round tubular steel. 25mm Round tubular steel handlebars.
Chip Resistant silver Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with front and rear support caps and oversized sit flat rear frame end caps.
