V-fit Herculean Cobra Lay Flat Home Gym LFG2

The Herculean Cobra Lay Flat gym is a functional single station multi gym with at least one exercise per muscle group in the body. The 31.5kg weight stack is heavy enough for most beginners and the cable setup provides 64kg of resistance on the bench press. In addition, there are another seven exercise stations, foam rollers and a padded vinyl covered seat and back rest.

Frame is constructed from 38mm Square Tubular Steel.

Chip Resistant Black Hammertone Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with black rubber frame end caps. Cloth backed and deep padded vinyl covered seat and backrest with screenprinted V-fit logo.

Expanded foam grips and leg rollers are included.

The unique double-up cable operated resistance system has 7 x 4.5kg aggregate filled vinyl shells.

Exercises available on the Herculean Improver Gym are:
Bench Press, Chest Press, Lat Pulldown (front and back), Pec Dec, Leg Extension, Back Leg Curls, Upright Rows, Crunches, Sit-ups.
