V-fit Herculean Compact Upright Home Gym CUG-2

The Herculean Upright gym is a functional single station multi gym. The 40kg weight stack is heavy enough for most beginners and the cable setup provides 72kg of resistance on the bench press. In addition, there are another seven exercise stations, and foam rollers.

Frame is constructed from a combination of 50mm Square Tubular Steel and 60mm x 30mm Oblong Tubular Steel.

Chip Resistant Black Hammertone Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with black rubber frame end caps. Cloth backed and deep padded vinyl covered seat, backrest and VKR support pads with screenprinted V-fit logo.

High density expanded foam grips and leg rollers are included.

The unique double-up cable operated resistance system has 10 x 4kg aggregate filled vinyl shells.

Exercises available on the Herculean Improver Gym are:
Bench Press, Chest Press, Lat Pulldown (front and back), Pec Dec, Leg Extension, Back Leg Curls and Upright Rows.
