The MCCT-1 Magnetic 2-in-1 Combination Exercise Cycle / Elliptical Trainer is a great choice for cardiovascular exercise. With simple and proven technology. An excellent workout for users of all ages and abilities.

Dual resistance action with forward and reverse motion. The drive system is via a fixed wheel drive crank system and composite PU belt.

The resistance system comprises of a 4.5kg balanced cast iron friction free flywheel with multi-plate magnets complete with an 8-step tension controller.

Pedal Cyclic Stroke is 280mm (11 inches).

The frame is constructed from 60mm x 30mm Oblong and 80mm and 60mm diameter round tubular steel. 32mm Round tubular steel handlebar uprights. Complete with roller front frame end and twist-adjust rear frame end caps.

Chip Resistant silver Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with frame end caps.

Saddle is a deep padded expanded PU seat.

The included 6 function exercise monitor details Calories (theoretical calorie burn), Distance (Miles/Km), Handgrip Pulse (Beats/Minute), Scan, Speed (Mph/Km) and Time (Minutes/Seconds).
