Single recumbnet cycling action resistence with fixed seat mounted padded handlebars with pulse pads. The drive system is via a freewheel drive and composite PU belt.

The resistance system comprises of a 6kg balanced cast iron flywheel with multi-plate magnets and an infinite adjustable micro tension controller.

Pedal Cyclic Stroke is 330mm (13 inches).

Whole frame is constructed from Tubular Steel.
Chip Resistant silver Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with frame end caps.

Saddle is a deep padded expanded PU seat complete with backrest and reach adjustment.

The included 7 function exercise monitor details Calories (theoretical calorie burn), Distance (Miles/Km), Handgrip Pulse (Beats/Minute), RPM, Speed (Mph/Km), Time (Minutes/Seconds) and Watts.

Also includes 4 Heart Rate Control programmes, 4 User Settings, 1 Bodyfat Measuring programme, 1 Watts Control and 10 Pre-set User Programmes.
