Deep padded, contoured knee and elbow pads ensure the optimum comfort while exercising, and the smooth action roller mounted heavy duty knee-pad carriage takes crunches to the next level. Take hold of the Handlebars, kneel on the Pad then crunch your Abs to raise up your knees.. how far you go is up to you.
