The PTR1 Rower is great for general aerobic conditioning and body toning. An excellent workout and simple to use for users of all ages and abilities.

Supa-Tough(TM) progressive shock cord resistance complete with rear frame incline to increase workout resistance.

The rowing arms are deep chromed, contoured and complete with smooth expanded foam padded grips.
The seat is PVC covered over thick expanded foam on pressed mild steel with composite bearing mounted upper seat rollers and composite lower seat guide rollers.

Footplates are single fixed position grip bars.

The frame is constructed from tubular steel.

Chip Resistant silver-grey Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with zinc plated rail and frame end and support caps.

The included 5 function exercise monitor details Calories (theoretical calorie burn), Scan, Stroke Counter, Strokes per Minute and Timer (Minutes/Seconds).
