The V-fit ST Total Body Bench is a multi function body weight and shock chord resistance strength training system.

The frame is constructed from 38mm Square Tubular Steel and 50mm Round Tubular Steel complete with plastic frame end caps.

Chip Resistant Silver-Grey Hammertone Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame. Cloth backed, deep padded vinyl covered backrest with screen printed V-fit logo.

200 degrees of backrest movement for bodyweight exercise.
Resistance is by a tension band system (weights not included).

Exercise stations are: Press, Crunches, Sit-ups, Leg Extensions, Arm Curls.
