The Xcess skate range offers a wide variety of price point and high specification In - Line skates for all levels of skater from junior/beginner through to the more proficient dedicated senior skater. This is the first Quad skate produced by Xcess and reaction to this model has been extremely positive. The Neo features a traditional high top skate boot with a torsion beam chassis for strength and precision.
